<p>These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from the Dryalite online store at dryalite.co.uk.</p>

<p>By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.</p>
<h3>1. Products</h3>
<p>Dryalite designs and manufactures replacement headlight caps with integrated desiccant storage, intended to help reduce humidity and condensation inside compatible vehicle headlights.</p>
<p>We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs and compatibility information are accurate.</p>
<p>Compatibility can depend on the exact headlight fitted to a vehicle, not simply its make, model or registration year. Some vehicles were supplied with several different headlight types.</p>
<p>Where a product page asks you to identify a particular cap, headlight type or variant, it is your responsibility to select the correct version unless Dryalite has specifically confirmed the appropriate product for your vehicle based on information you have provided.</p>
<p>If you are unsure which version you require, please contact us before ordering.</p>
<h3>2. Product appearance and manufacture</h3>
<p>Dryalite components are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing). Minor layer lines, surface texture or small cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of this manufacturing process and may differ slightly between products.</p>
<p>These variations do not affect the intended function of the product.</p>
<h3>3. Headlight condensation and product limitations</h3>
<p>Dryalite products are designed to reduce the humidity inside a compatible headlight. They do this by exposing the air inside the headlight to rechargeable desiccant.</p>
<p>Results are not necessarily immediate. Moisture already present inside a headlight can take several days to reduce.</p>
<p>Dryalite products are not intended to repair:</p>
<ul>
<li>cracked or physically damaged headlights;</li>
<li>significant water leaks;</li>
<li>pools of standing water inside a headlight;</li>
<li>electrical or lighting faults; or</li>
<li>other defects unrelated to humidity or condensation.</li>
</ul>
<p>The desiccant will eventually absorb moisture and may require reactivation or replacement in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.</p>
<h3>4. Orders</h3>
<p>When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide.</p>
<p>We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, the product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, we cannot fulfil the order, or we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.</p>
<p>If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.</p>
<h3>5. Prices and payment</h3>
<p>Prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed at checkout.</p>
<p>Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.</p>
<p>Payment is collected using the payment methods offered at checkout.</p>
<p>For international orders, customers may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country where these are not collected at checkout.</p>
<h3>6. Delivery</h3>
<p>Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.</p>
<p>Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we specifically state otherwise.</p>

<h3>7. Returns, cancellations and refunds</h3>
<p>Dryalite offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on our standard products, subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.</p>
<p>UK consumers also have statutory cancellation and return rights when purchasing online.</p>

<p>Our voluntary 30-day guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.</p>
<h3>8. Faulty or incorrect products</h3>

<p>Goods supplied to UK consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits these statutory rights.</p>
<h3>9. Installation and use</h3>
<p>Dryalite products should be installed only on compatible headlights and in accordance with the instructions provided.</p>
<p>You should ensure that the cap is correctly seated and secured before operating the vehicle.</p>
<p>You must not use a product where doing so would interfere with electrical components, moving parts, cooling systems or any other vehicle component.</p>
<p>We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, deliberate modification of the product, use on an incompatible vehicle or use contrary to the instructions supplied.</p>
<p>This does not affect your rights where damage is caused by a faulty or incorrectly supplied Dryalite product.</p>
<h3>10. Our liability</h3>
<p>Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.</p>
<p>We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.</p>
<p>We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.</p>
<p>If you purchase a product primarily for commercial or business purposes, we will not be responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity to the extent permitted by law.</p>
<h3>11. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>The Dryalite name, branding, product designs, photographs, written content, graphics and other original material appearing on this website are owned by Dryalite or used with permission.</p>
<p>You may not reproduce, manufacture from, commercially distribute or use our proprietary product designs, photographs or website content without permission, except where permitted by law.</p>
<h3>12. Website availability</h3>
<p>We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where necessary.</p>
<p>We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical errors.</p>
<h3>13. Privacy</h3>
<p>We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.</p>
<p>Payment information may also be processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected during checkout.</p>
<h3>14. Changes to these terms</h3>
<p>We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.</p>
<p>The terms applying to your purchase will be the terms in effect when you place your order. Changes made afterwards will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing order.</p>
