This listing is ONLY for the rarer Insignia A pre-facelift with factory Xenon headlights. Insignias came with multiple headlight types, and even the same year can have different cover caps, so please check before ordering.

Many Insignia headlights have two covers: a top cover that is usually easier to access from the engine bay, and another cover in a different position. This Dryalite kit is designed for the top cover only.

Designed to fit Insignia Mk1 / Insignia A pre-facelift (approx. 2008–2013) with Xenon headlights where your top cover matches the same shape as shown in this listing.

Safest check: compare the top cover shape to the photos and check the moulded part number on your cap. This kit is intended for the top cover marked 17622900 

How to check your car (30 seconds)

1. Open the bonnet and look behind the headlight from the engine bay side.
2. Locate the top cover (usually the easiest one to reach).
3. Remove the top cover and check the moulded part number inside, then compare the shape to the listing photos.
4. If you are not 100% sure, message me a clear photo of your top cover (inside and outside) and I will confirm fitment.

Reactivating the desiccant

Remove the desiccant packs before heating. Let them cool fully before refitting.

• Microwave: 700W for 3 to 5 minutes in a microwave-safe dish
• Oven: 100 to 120°C for 30 to 60 minutes
